About Our Firm

Themis Law is an international law firm that represents
established businesses, emerging growth companies and
individual inventors operating in a variety of business sectors.

Our Firm was established in 2003 as Serafini Associates,
now Themis Law, and is located in La Jolla, a coastal suburb
of San Diego, California that is home to a large number of
high-technology and bio-technology corporations.

To provide our clients with the highest caliber of
representation, we invest in continuously increasing the
depth of knowledge and expertise in our Firm.

To provide value-added service to
our clients, we file the majority of
our documents with the USPTO
electronically. The advantages to
